1. Agent Achiever of the Year (Metro)

This award recognises excellence in selling and is intended for individual sales people operating without a team in a Metro area.

 

2. Agent Achiever of the Year (Regional)

This award recognises excellence in selling and is intended for individual sales people operating without a team in a Regional area.

 

3. Agent of the Year

This award recognises excellence in selling and is intended for individuals operating with or without a team in Australia.

 

4. NSW Agent of the Year

This state award recognises overall excellence in selling, listing and generating and is intended for individual sales people operating with or without a team.

 

5. Qld Agent of the Year

This state award recognises overall excellence in selling, listing and generating and is intended for individual sales people operating with or without a team.

 

6. Vic Agent of the Year

This state award recognises overall excellence in selling, listing and generating and is intended for individual sales people operating with or without a team.

 

7. SA Agent of the Year

This state award recognises overall excellence in selling, listing and generating and is for individual sales people operating with or without a team.

 

8. WA Agent of the Year

This state award recognises overall excellence in selling, listing and generating and is for individual sales people operating with or without a team.

 

9. New Zealand Agent of the Year

This award recognises excellence in selling and is for individuals operating within or without a team in New Zealand.

 

10. Auctioneer of the Year

This award recognises excellence in delivering a clear, concise and structured auction.

 

11. Manager of the Year

This award recognises excellence in a managerial and operations role, though not a Principal.

 

12. Marketing Campaign of the Year – under $10,000

This award recognises excellence in marketing with a budget less than $10,000 that resulted in a property being sold and is for individuals.

 

13. Marketing Campaign of the Year – over $10,000

This award recognises excellence in marketing with a budget more than $10,000 that resulted in a property being sold and is for individuals.

 

14. Principal of the Year

This award recognises excellence in Principal leadership within the Network with more than one office.

 

15. Boutique Principal of the Year

This award recognises excellence in Principal leadership within the Network with only one office.

 

16. Property Manager of the Year

This individual award recognises excellence in property management.

 

17. Business Development Manager (PM) of the Year

This individual award recognises excellence in growth of Property Management.

 

18. Performer of the Year - Sales

This award recognises significant growth in an agent’s performance and is available to agents in their first five years.

 

19. Performer of the Year - Property Management

This award recognises excellence in property management and a significant contribution to the business, and is available to property managers in their first five years.

 

20. Growth Agent of the Year

This award recognises excellence amongst new agents with under 2 years experience in a sales role.

 

21. Support Star of the Year

This award recognises excellence in support roles and is designed for all Members who are not engaged as sales agents or property managers; their role would be one of support within the Agency (e.g. Bookkeepers, Receptionists, Personal Assistants etc).

 

22. Client Services Manager of the Year

This award recognises excellence in Client Services roles supporting an agent via business support and administrative activities that required to enhance the ability of the team to produce outstanding sales results.
