***This is a printable, digital PDF pattern--NOT the real corset!*** This listing is for a single size pdf corset pattern. There are no bone-casings or facing pieces included, just the shapes with the bone channel lines and grommet holes. This is a great corset pattern to use as the base of a gown! Make it in single layer sturdy coutil, with synthetic whalebone or steel bones. This is a custom pattern I made for my own body, adding overbust shaping and easier-to-sew paneled lines for the front. It started from my 1870s "Josephine" pattern to create this shape. It has a very comfortable ribcage, a plunge front bust, dramatic hipspring, and a bit of swayback/lumbar lordosis. It's quite tall/long in the ribs as I'm 5' 10". :) ***NO sewing instructions are included with this pattern, it's only the shapes, seamlines, grainlines, and detail placement.*** Seam allowance is 3/8" all around, except center front which is 3/4" and 1 1/8" at the center back. seamlines are marked. Measurement reference lines (Bust, waist, and hips) are also marked in red dotted lines. This PATTERN's measurements are as follows. (it's made to be worn with a 2" lacing gap in the back, and usually the waist will reduce a further 2-4" from the natural body measurement. So someone with a 32" waist will wear a corset with a finished measurement of 28-26".) 7.75" Side bust to waist 37.84" Full bust 23.16" Front Bust 14.68" Back Bust 25.6" Waist 35.22" Hip 4" down from waist Will likely best fit someone 5'7"--6'0", depending on that waist-to-bust length. Needs a 13" front busk, and the channels are marked for 6mm wide boning. All seams should also get a bone channel on them.
