LOCAL real estate agency Nolan Partners has made the finalist list for their national sales network awards.
The 2017 The Australasian Real Estate Results Awards take in 36 categories, with winners announced on February 20.
In total, Nolan Partners has seven award nominations: Boutique Agency of the Year (regional); Property Management Team of the Year (<1000); Rising Star Agency of the Year; Project Excellence Agency of the Year; Agent Achiever of the Year (regional) Aleta Stevens; Marketing Campaign of the Year (<$10,000) Nathan Dobbs and Shannon Ellsmore; and Kendall Devine for Performer of the Year.
Real Estate Results Network CEO Michael Sheargold said this year’s event had recorded the largest number of nominations in the awards’ history.
“We were overwhelmed by the exceptional standard and number of candidates across all award categories,” he said.
“It makes the judging process extremely challenging but ultimately rewarding as it demonstrates the wealth of talent, dedication and innovation across the independent real estate industry.
“Our member agencies and their teams have really shown their professionalism and an outstanding level of sales and service in the face of the huge growth in activity over the past 12 to 18 months, the ongoing challenges and opportunities of digital disruption and the ever-increasing demands and expectations of our clients.”
